7. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Registering your phone number allows AumYe to contact you regarding updates.

10. AumYe does not conduct background checks or offer hiring advice for security personnel or third-party service providers.

Direct Customer Account Registration

1. Verification is required for setting up a Direct Customer account.

2. Authorized personnel will receive unique login credentials, and AumYe holds no liability for data usage by Direct Customers.

Services

1. AumYe offers a technology platform for the Risk & Facility Management upholding safety and security of all kinds of premises.

2. Associations share user information with AumYe under our Privacy Policy.

3. You control access for visitors and service providers to your premise, with no liability for AumYe.

4. Additional services are available at your own risk and may have specific policies.

5. Platform stability is not guaranteed, and services may change without notice.

6. Information from third parties or other or non-users is at your own risk.

7. AumYe does not warrant the accuracy of information on the platform.

Account Termination or Suspension
AumYe may terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including breach of terms or illegal activity.

Data Preservation and Disclosure
Your account information is handled per AumYe's Privacy Policy.

Security Components
You may not interfere with security components embedded in the platform.

Third-Party Links
AumYe is not responsible for third-party content or websites linked on its platform.

Intellectual Property

1. AumYe owns all content and software on the platform.

2. Unauthorized use of AumYe's trademarks or content is prohibited.

3. Systematic retrieval of AumYe’s content for external databases requires written permission.

Prohibited Conduct
